About Michael

Michael (he goes by Mike too) is the founder and Broker of Record of Get Sold Realty Inc., Brokerage in Toronto that services the GTA and across Ontario. 

Blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit and the gift of being able to speak and connect with anyone, Mike was naturally drawn to real estate and made it official in 2010 when he obtained his license. 

Mike hit the ground running and grew his business serving clients new and old, experienced and green, first time buyers and seasoned investors alike. Part of his success is continually evolving and learning, striving to keep doing and getting better for his clients and his brokerage. 

People always tell Mike he makes the process of buying and selling an enjoyable experience for them. This is a testament to his communication skills, his personable demeanor, his experience and his sense of humour.  He is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service to all of his clients - the process is more than a transaction - it’s a deeply personal and life-changing experience.

In both 2022 and 2023, Mike was voted as the top Broker and Real Estate Agent by the Etobicoke community via the Community Votes program.

Mike was born and raised in Toronto, specifically Etobicoke and continues to honour his roots in the community. He supports local businesses and donates time and resources to various charities and causes. You can also catch him delivering things like pumpkins, flowers, pies and gingerbread houses to homeowners in the community throughout the year.  

Most importantly, Mike dedicates his time to mentoring and leading youth in the community. He serves as a coach for the Father Henry Carr football team and also welcomes Co-Op students from local high schools to work with him during the semester, providing them with valuable hands-on experience in business.

It’s not all work and no play! Mike keeps busy outside of work being a personal driver for his three children and supporting them in their sports, interests and social lives. When they allow him to have free time, he likes to try new restaurants in the GTA (and open to recommendations - send them his way!) and making the most of what the amazing city has to offer. He is passionate about pickleball and plays weekly as well as hockey. And if there is any time left after all that he goes back to his first love - music. He will unwind by playing music from the 90’s on either the piano, guitar or drums.
