Covering the north end of the city, spanning a large area from east to west, North York has so much to offer. York University, Downsview Park, Yorkdale Mall, numerous hospitals and a bustling city centre that includes Mel Lastman square. Excellent choice to still have perks of a city dweller mixed in with the benefits of suburban living. This includes lots of industry and businesses, restaurants and small shops. 

The TTC services North York as part of the City of Toronto, so you have a vast network of buses and subways to get you all over the city. Being so central, drivers can access the 401 to get across the city, the Allen to go south in the centre, the DVP to take you along the east end and right into the downtown core as well as the 400 to take you to the most north part of the city and beyond.
