The TTC services Scarborough as part of the City of Toronto, so you have a vast network of buses and subways to get you all over the city. The 401 runs through the entire area, leading to the central and western part of the GTA and east to Pickering/Ajax/Whitby. city. The DVP on the western border takes you south along the city and into the downtown core and the 404 will take you to the northern part of the city and beyond to the suburbs north of Toronto.
